Training Associate

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Training Associate in India.

This role is at the heart of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial training ecosystem where you will directly shape the success of student-led business operators. You will be responsible for onboarding, training, and supporting early-stage Campus Managers as they learn to run and grow their own campus-based ventures. The position involves close, daily interaction with trainees, providing structured guidance, feedback, and motivation to help them succeed in a high-performance environment. You will also play a key role in monitoring progress, ensuring training quality, and making decisions that impact trainee advancement. Working within a dynamic and fast-paced remote team, you will help scale a large network of student entrepreneurs while contributing directly to revenue growth and program success. This is a highly impactful role for someone passionate about coaching, communication, and building future business leaders.

• Communicate daily with trainee Campus Managers via email, chat, and calls to provide guidance, support, and structured updates.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of the training and onboarding program to ensure smooth operations and consistent quality.
• Mentor student entrepreneurs by developing their business mindset and helping them launch and grow campus-based ventures.
• Track trainee performance, provide structured feedback, and support progression and graduation decisions based on defined standards.
• Ensure training schedules, milestones, and deliverables are met while maintaining program discipline and engagement.
• Act as a key point of contact for resolving trainee queries and maintaining motivation throughout the program.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve training processes and participant experience.

Requirements:

• 1.5+ years of professional experience in training, coaching, operations, education, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and guide individuals effectively.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and comfort working in a performance-driven environment.
• Ability to manage multiple trainees and tasks simultaneously in a structured and organized way.
• Strong judgment and analytical thinking to evaluate performance and provide fair feedback.
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones (IST evening to early morning hours).
• Passion for mentorship, entrepreneurship, and helping others succeed in structured programs.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
