This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Vice President, Marketing in United States.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and scaling the marketing function of a high-growth AI SaaS platform serving the home services industry. You will shape brand positioning, demand generation, and product marketing strategy to accelerate pipeline growth and strengthen market leadership in AI-powered customer communication and lead management. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can both architect marketing systems and actively build them in fast-moving environments. You will lead cross-functional teams spanning content, product marketing, and demand generation while working closely with executive leadership. This position plays a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and positioning the company as a category leader. The environment is entrepreneurial, data-driven, and highly performance-oriented, with strong expectations for ownership and impact. You will help define how AI transforms marketing and customer engagement in service-based industries.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and own overall marketing strategy including brand positioning, messaging, and market differentiation in the AI-powered SaaS space.
  • Lead demand generation strategy across digital channels, content, events, and industry conferences to drive qualified pipeline growth.
  • Build and scale a strong marketing organization spanning product marketing, content, and growth functions.
  • Oversee product marketing initiatives including value propositions, competitive positioning, and go-to-market execution for new launches.
  • Develop and execute thought leadership, customer storytelling, and content strategies including webinars, case studies, and industry insights.
  • Manage marketing performance metrics, budgets, and KPIs to continuously optimize ROI and pipeline contribution.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align marketing strategy with business goals and overall revenue growth objectives.
  • Requirements:

    • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally within AI, lead management, or service-based industry verticals.
    • Proven track record of building and scaling demand generation and brand strategies in high-growth environments.
    • Strong leadership experience managing and growing cross-functional marketing teams.
    • Deep understanding of marketing analytics, performance measurement, and data-driven decision-making.
    • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in fast-paced, evolving organizations.
    • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and shape company narrative.
    • Hands-on experience with modern marketing technologies such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or equivalent platforms.
    • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive strategy and execution.
