This executive-level opportunity is designed for a strategic sales leader passionate about driving enterprise growth within the insurance and technology services sector. In this role, you will lead high-impact business development initiatives focused on acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding market presence through innovative BPO, InsurTech, and AI-enabled solutions. You will engage directly with senior decision-makers across large organizations, managing complex sales cycles and shaping transformational partnerships. The position offers a highly collaborative environment where cross-functional alignment with Product, Marketing, Solution Architecture, and Client Experience teams is essential to success. Ideal candidates are consultative sales professionals with a strong track record of closing multimillion-dollar deals and building long-term client relationships. Accountabilities:
- Drive new enterprise business acquisition by identifying, developing, and closing strategic opportunities within insurance and related industries.
- Lead the full enterprise sales lifecycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, contract execution, and successful client transition.
- Develop deep expertise in BPO, InsurTech, and AI-enabled service offerings to effectively position differentiated solutions in competitive markets.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders including CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, and operational leaders.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Product, Marketing, and Client Experience teams to develop tailored proposals and cohesive customer solutions.
- Manage and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, strong qualification discipline, and consistent CRM utilization.
- Partner with leadership teams on strategic pursuits, pricing discussions, and complex multi-solution enterprise opportunities.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements to strengthen market visibility and generate new business opportunities.
- Support smooth onboarding and long-term client success through strong collaboration with post-sales and customer experience teams.
- 10–15+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience within insurance, BPO, SaaS, or technology-enabled services environments.
- Proven success closing large-scale, multimillion-dollar enterprise deals and securing net-new client relationships.
- Strong consultative selling expertise with exceptional executive presence and relationship management capabilities.
- Experience selling digital transformation, automation, AI-driven services, or operational outsourcing solutions is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long-term strategic negotiations.
- Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to develop compelling business cases and solution proposals.
- Experience using CRM and pipeline management tools, with HubSpot experience considered a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Self-motivated and comfortable operating in remote work environments with periodic in-person meetings as needed.
