will directly support the VPs of Conde Nast Commercial Creative Creative Strategy Brand Events Production amp Activation Creative with all administrative needs special projects and proactive daytoday responsibilities <p> <p><b><b>Key Responsibilities<b><b> <p> <ul><li>General administrative support such as calendar management expense reports and booking travelhotels for corporate travel travel itineraries etc for all VPs<li> <li>Act as a bridge between the Commercial Creative leadership team and all other stakeholders across Conde Nast<li> <li>Organize and facilitate Commercial meetings activities and assemblieslike weekly leadership meetings AllHands meetings etc<li> <li>Support with programming and event execution of the commercial organizations biggest annual projects eg Annual Sales Summit NewFronts etc<li> <li>Maintain and create department resources like shared drives onesheets marketing collateral etc<li> <li>Support on materials for proactive multimarket global programs Requirements<b><b> <p> <ul><li>BA BS degree in business marketing partnerships or equivalent practical experience<li> <li>13 years professional experience in media agency new business partnerships with direct experience in a similar role<li> <li>Intermediate to advanced GSuiteOffice and presentation design skills<li> <li>Extremely organized with exceptional time management skills and able to prioritize efficiently<li> <li>Confident and able to communicate with staff at different levels and across different departments internationally<li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal and relationship management skills<li> <li>Selfdriven and motivated with an ability to show initiative in all situations and the ability to take responsibility for actions<li> <li>Highly
