BioRobotics Customers Distributors Sales and Commercial Teams during the Contract Process The ideal Contract Analyst will be committed to this role encompassing PrePostSales support in the primary area of contract and quote administration including the successful review of contract terms and conditions and the ability to negotiate favorable terms in alignment with PROCEPTs vision and goals The Contract Analyst will report to the Customer Success Manager and collaborate with Finance Quality Legal and Marketing daily<p> <p><b>CORE RESPONSIBILITIES<b> <p><ul><li>Draft new contacts and amendments and related customer documentation to provide for timely contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies legal requirements and customer specifications<li> <li>Serve as the single point of contact for internal and external Customers regarding sales contract activities<li> <li>Work within Salesforce CPQ to assist Field Sales through the configuration pricing and quoting processes<li> <li>Establish and maintain relationships with Field Sales Legal Finance Marketing Regulatory and RampD stakeholders to collaborate on contract details and ensure compliance<li> <li>Manage recordkeeping for contractrelated correspondence and documentation compile and analyze data about contracts to ensure accurate adherence to terms<li> <li>Advise management of contractual rights and obligations and recognize and communicate upselling opportunities <li> <li>Prioritize workflow to manage multiple responsibilities and processes in a fast paced environment<li> <li>Process Improvement to enable scalable growth<li> <li>Manage review and track warranty and service agreement status<li> <li>Maintain a flexible schedule to support global customer base and highvolume sales support activities as needed<li> <li>Provide support functions not detailed herein as deemed necessary by Customer Success Manager<li> <li>Maintains trained status for and complies with all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance<li> <li>Understands and adheres to the PROCEPT BioRobotics EHS Policy<li> <ul><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS Education Experience Certifications <b> <p><ul><li>BABS preferred or equivalent combination of experienceeducation<li> <li>35 years of combined relevant experience with Contract Administration and Customer ServiceSales Support<li> <li>Experience in Medical Device Life Sciences or Healthcare industry preferred<li> <li>Organized extremely detailed able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines<li> <li>Ability to communicate in a clear concise and professional manner often in stressful situations<li> <li>Ability to raise issues proactively and in a timely manner as well as propose solutions<li> <li>Strong computer knowledge including MS Office applications<li> <li>Understanding of sales and service processes and experience with CRM systems
