market<div class=h2>What you get to do<div><ul style=><li style=>Define the product vision strategy and roadmap for the developer experience team on Astro Your target persona is the data engineer writing and running DAGs<li><li style=>Set a foundation for user research at Astronomer by engaging deeply with both Astronomer customers and data engineers in the open source community<li><li style=>Develop detailed use cases and product requirements working closely with the engineering team through design development testing and release<li><li style=>Support product marketing sales enablement and our developer relations teams to craft messaging and content tailored to data engineers<li><li style=>Collaborate with Astronomers customerfacing technical teams to get connected to the right customers understand daytoday pain points and get their input on the roadmap<li><li style=>Partner closely with Astronomers product growth team to both define datacentric processes to measure success as well as incorporate improved developer experiences into how we onboard users who are new to Apache Airflow at scale<li><li style=>Research synthesize and learn from other worldclass developer and consumer tools in the market<li><li style=>Regularly present your vision challenges and learnings in company executive and external industry forums <li><ul><div class=h2>What you bring to the role<div><ul style=><li style=>A point of view for what developers look for in SaaS products and what areas of opportunity can have the highest leverage<li><li style=>2+ years of product management experience at a SaaS company or equivalent engineering experience building products for a technical audience<li><li style=>An ability to both think big and sweat the details<li><li style=>Familiarity with software development lifecycle and industrywide best practices when it comes to writing testing and maintaining code<li><li style=>A knack for distilling complex problems and solutions into simple compelling and digestible written material and verbal presentations<li><li style=>A strong ability to synthesize information from customers prospects open source users and industry trends to build an actionable datadriven roadmap<li><li style=>A bias for action and execution that drives you to set clear priorities break down big rock features into weektoweek action items and define deadlines<li><li style=>High empathy humility curiosity and a default to listening and asking questions first<li><ul><div class=h2>Bonus points if you have<div><ul style=><li
