a cohesive operating plan<p> <p>This role is responsible for driving the annual planning process which includes target setting eg ARR bookings targets pipeline generation requirements capacity planning and market and territory segmentation It is also responsible for building and managing the infrastructure required to measure success as part of the annual plan<p> <p><b><strong>What youll do<strong><b> <p><ul><li>Centralize annual planning across GTM and support RevOps partners with their fieldlevel planning<li> <li>Build infrastructure to support longrange and annual planning<li> <li>Collaborate with Analytics to create effective and streamlined ways of measuring business performance<li> <li>Work closely with FPampA to understand companylevel priorities and iterate collaboratively on topline targets and resource allocation<li> <li>Support the field with actionable insights that are datadriven which encompasses quarterly and annual business reviews<li> <ul><p><b><strong>What youll need<strong><b> <p><ul><li>10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations planning strategy field operations<li> <li>3+ years of people management experience<li> <li>Experience running 3+ annual planning cycles<li> <li>Familiarity with Salesforcecom planning tools and forecasting tools<li> <li>Strong analytical skills<li> <li>Crossfunctional collaboration and
