of HR policies and procedures ensuring they are in line with current laws and Appian culture<span><b><p> <li> <li> <p><b><span>Providing timely followup correspondence to employees and department leaders<span><b><p> <li> <li> <p><b><span>Creating trusting relationships with coworkers and managers across departments<span><b><p> <li> <li> <p><b><span>Finding new and creative ways to engage with employees<span><b><p> <li> <li> <p><b><span>Assist in Employee Relations including HR investigations and performance management coaching<span><b><p> <li> <li> <p><b><span>Continuous personal development in HR practices trends and tools to ensure the HR function is at the forefront of industry standards<span><b><p> <li> <li> <p><b><span>Assisting in managing organizational change helping to communicate changes to employees and supporting them through transitions<span><b><p> <li> <li> <p><b><span>Collaborating with other departments such as finance IT HR Ops training development or legal to align HR strategies with overall Appian objectives<span><b><p> <li> <li> <p><b><span>Collect and analyze data to generate insights and recommendations<span><b><p> <li> <li> <p><b><span>Handling employee grievances mediating conflicts and providing a channel for employee feedback to management<span><b><p> <li> <li> <p><b><span>Create reports to communicate engagement score trends and employee performance metrics<span><b><p> <li> <li> <p><b><span>Gain a deep understanding of the organizations business and People team approach<span><b><p> <li> <li> <p><b><span>Work closely with stakeholders to identify process improvements<span><b><p> <li> <li> <p><b><span>Continuously seek opportunities to enhance employee engagement<span><b><p> <li> <ul><p><b><span> <span><b><p> <p><b><b>Required Qualifications<b><b><p> <ul><li> <p><b><span>01+ years of similar experience relative to HR andor office experience<span><b><p> <li> <li> <p><b><span>Bachelors degree in a related subject area eg Human Resources Business Psychology Finance etc<span><b><p> <li> <li> <p><b><span>Proficient with Google Suite Docs Sheets Keep etc <span><b><p> <li> <li> <p><b><span>Extraordinarily detail oriented selfmotivated and adaptable with a proactive approach<span><b><p> <li> <li> <p><b><span>Able to work well under pressure take initiative and be flexible and cooperative<span><b><p> <li> <li> <p><b><span>Excellent written verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage with executivelevel personnel<span><b><p> <li> <li> <p><b><span>Plus Experience
