KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitors and manages dry and cure rooms including temperatures and humidity levels Verifies and tracks all tags, strains, licenses, and batch IDs throughout the curing process Assesses flower health and disposition Operates and maintains equipment and machinery throughout the curing process Assists with equipment maintenance and repairs Assists with training of new team members and cross-training when necessary Assists with developing and maintaining SOPs Assists in the evaluation of cure performance and development of departmental goals Maintains a clean, sanitary, and compliant workspace including machine hygiene Other duties as assigned REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 6 months of related cannabis experience High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education Must possess or obtain a Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) Employee Badge Strong communication skills Basic organizational and time management skills Basic critical thinking and problem-solving skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience operating Rad Source 420xl or similar cure equipment Experience with METRC inventory system Knowledge of Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) regulations PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Sitting and/or standing for extended periods Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
