research and recommend the best approaches to provide technology and business solutions by utilizing statistical mathematical methods classification timeseries analysis regression statistical inference or deep learning techniques<li> <li>Perform exploratory data analyses generate and test working hypotheses prepare and analyze historical data and identify patterns<li> <li>Work directly with clients and stakeholders to present and explain the key techniques and major results generated using nontechnical language understand client feedback and be able to accommodate back into the model through programming or additional feature engineering<li> <li>Come up with innovative repeatable business use cases for real world recommendation techniques and quickly develop prototypes to test these use cases<li> <li>Utilize a diverse array of technologies tools and cloud services as needed to deliver insights such as DataBricks AWS and GCP<li> <li>Translate customer pain points needs and requirements into creative ML solutions<li> <li>Help define automated Gen AI AIML pipeline for both training and runtime predictions<li> <li>Assist in the development of guidelines best practices project goals and solution and set realistic expectations<li> <ul><p><strong>Qualifications<strong> <p> <ul><li>Minimum 10+ years programming experience with holistic programming and technologies<li> <li>Leadership and team management experience with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight<li> <li>At least 5 years of experience in technology consulting enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks<li> <li>At least 2 years of experience with GenAI AIML experience<li> <li>Hands on experience with DataBricks AWS and custom dev experience<li> <li>Fluent and current on architecture trends with an eye on markettechnical conditions and future direction<li> <li>Strong knowledge and understanding of current AIML technologies amp platforms and realworld
