The Training Program Assistant Director provides:Training Oversight, Development, and Implementation (20%):Supports the oversight for the development and implementation of the Agency’s clinical and community training, orientation, and professional development programs.Collaborates with other program directors, coordinators, and managers to understand and identify all necessary aspects and needs of staff training based on projected program processes, changes, and other factors.Collaborates on the analysis of training needs to develop new training programs or to modify and improve existing programs.Evaluates effectiveness of training presentations and instructor performance.
