with legislative information with at least 2 years giving privacy guidance ideally with some of that experience at a software company that has privacy impacts across multiple jurisdictions <p> <li> <li> <p> Comfort in reading legislative and regulatory documents eg paralegal graduate work in history etc <p> <li> <li> <p> Experience with translating these documents into language that nonprivacy people can understand <p> <li> <li> <p> <strong> Technical Expertise <strong> <p> <li> <li> <p> IAPP certified or other compliance certification eg ISACA ISC2CGRC etc <p> <li> <li> <p> Handson experience with guiding companies through the implementation of privacy and compliance frameworks SOC2 GDPR etc <p> <li> <li> <p> Proficiency with helping teams assess privacycompliance risk eg the completion of Privacy Impact Assessments <p> <li> <li> <p> Experience with responding to privacy breaches <p> <li> <li> <p> General familiarity with data security practices that reinforce privacy <p>
