management and business leaders to deliver high quality designs that get the customers job done and deliver positive business outcomes while ensuring consistency across the platform <p> <p>You will <ul><p><b>What you bring to the role<b> <p> <ul><li>A Bachelors degree in or related to design UX UI graphic design product development digital marketing human computer interaction or other disciplines and 10+ years of UXUI product design experience Masters degree preferred<li> <li>Proven ability to translate business and user problems into understandable solutions<li> <li>Demonstrated understanding of usercentered design skills trends and disciplines as well as high attention to detail<li> <li>Expert knowledge of design tools like Figma and ability to work across multiple levels of fidelity<li> <li>Experience working with Agile andor Lean UX environments<li> <li>Strong business acumen with wellrounded presentation skills and verbal and written communication<li> <li>Strong range for this role across the US is USD $12560000 $21350000 per year <p> <p>The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the US for all roles the applicable base pay range will
