<p><b>Job Summary<b> <p> <p>This role is within Locktons reinsurance division Advisory team members partner with our broking and analytics staff to create reinsurance solutions for our Lockton Re clients and prospects This client facing role works to provide unique insight through analysis of clientspecific and publicly available data This individual will contribute to multiple facets of Lockton Res advisory capabilities including managing client relationships leading projects and developing junior staff <p> <p>Key Responsibilities <p> <ul><li> Client facing interact with internal teams and directly with clients and prospects <li> <li> Rating advisory support act as a goto for clients on rating agency criteria and capital management strategies <li> <li> Rating agency criteria demonstrate expertise of rating agency criteria to help clients achieve their rating objectives <li> <li> Capital and financial modeling analyze regulatory and rating agency capital models <li> <li> Financial benchmarking analysis provide benchmarking analysis based on US statutory data global data AM Best ratings and SampP ratings <li> <li> Market research provide insight into industry trends and as well as adhoc requests from clients <li> <li> Tool development and data analysis lead the development of innovative tools for internal and external use <li> <li> Manage relationships work alongside many internal teams broking actuarial catastrophe modeling and manage client deliverables <li> <li> Focus on innovation with a view to constantly improve our process and efficiency <li> <ul><p><b>Requirements<b> <p> <p>Qualifications <p> <ul><li>Experience with or knowledge of insurance financial strength ratings<li> <li>10+ Years of experience preferred<li> <li>Demonstrated successful track record of advising andor consulting with clients<li> <li>Excellent market research analytical communication and presentation skills<li> <li>Organizational and time management skills to prioritize workloads to meet time sensitive deadlines required<li> <li>Demonstrated analytical and problemsolving skills including research and investigation and provide solutions to standard and nonstandard issues<li> <li>Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with associates at all levels of responsibility to create a positive work environment<li> <li>Proficient user of Microsoft Excel<li> <li>Ability and willingness to travel<li> <li>Bachelors Degree ideally in Risk Management Finance Economics Accounting Business or related major<li> <ul>
