knowledge of quality assurance processes standards and best practices<li> <li>Experience in creating and maintaining Test Strategies Test plans and Test Suites<li> <li>Strong enough exposure to automation and nonfunctional concepts to work with relevant capability teams on expected test coverage entry and exit criteria and risk assessment<li> <li>Great leadership and interpersonal skills <li> <li>Expected to clearly and effectively convey issues and ideas to team members management and customers<li> <li>Solid understanding of SDLC waterfall and Agile methodologies<li> <li>Experience with test management and defect management software TestRail and JIRA or close comparable<li> <li>Able to prioritize manage and track multiple activities and tasks at a rapid pace<li> <li>Hands on experience with API testing<li> <li>Proficiency in identifying and mitigating testing risks including dependencies resource constraints technical challenges and external factors to ensure successful project delivery <li> <li>Familiarity with concepts of digital transformation and willingness to support organizational transformation activities where possible <li> <li>8+ years of handson QA experience<li> <li>Minimum education of a bachelors degree in computer science or related field<li> <li>Openness to short term travel for witness testing support if needed<li> <ul><p><strong>Responsibilities<strong> <p> <ul><li>Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release delivery<li> <li>Organizing and controlling testing processes test strategy and test planning<li> <li>Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the testing team<li> <li>Ensuring visibility traceability and control of testing process to deliver highquality software<li> <li>Planning deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement<li> <li>Successfully execute test delivery and provide feedback and escalate issues accordingly<li> <li>Lead client meetings and work closely with onshore and offshore leads PMO and stakeholders<li> <li>Promote a culture where teams are empowered to take responsibility <li>
