policies procedures and safety regulations<br ><strong> Essential Duties and Responsibilities<strong><br ><p><ul><li>Generates and monitors daily schedule to ensure all scheduled jobs mail each day<li> <li>Monitors Shopboard system to identify changes in Postage Forecast Report for current day<li> <li>Imports all maildat files into Monticello to prepare for Postal One uploading <li> <li>Contacts Lettershop Coordinator about any job that is missing or has incorrect information within maildat file<li> <li>Uploads all maildat files into Postal One and corrects any files that fail the uploading process<li> <li>Prints a pdf of the Postal One dashboard to present to the USPS postal clerk daily<li> <li>Counts and records all stamp usage<li> <li>Replenishes stamp and meter inventory when necessary<li> <li>Generates reports for accounting to monitor stamp meter and comingler daily postage usage<li> <li>Closes open jobs in meters as needed<li> <li>Collaborates closely with USPS BSN to investigate any postal issues that arise<li> <li>Tracks history of previous mailings upon request of Account Managers by accessing MailTrail for postal scans which tracks location of
