<p>Responsible for executing establishing and refining standard operation procedures for existing partners and expansion efforts within Bodewell Partnerships <p> <ul><li>Be a direct point of contact for Area Sales Manager to properly onboard Bodewell Partners and set them up for operational success<li> <li>Work cross functionally with various business channels and Mircoenterprises to build processes for program execution at the partner and franchisee level<li> <li>Ensure all customer requirements and benefits associated with each project are realized<li> <li>Work crossfunctionally to execute solutions between internal business functions enabling the team to meet project delivery commitments and move fast<li> <li>Facilitate discussions between impacted business teams and appropriate business solutions architect to ensure all necessary SOPs are executed and training is conducted prior to launch to ensure smooth hypercare and project handoff<li> <li>Manage partner database and provide weekly update on where we stand in current programs pretopost launch<li> <li>Leverage AI in role to drive efficiency<li> <ul><p>Develop and maintain network of crossfunctional relationships to drive the initiatives in Bodewell <p> <ul><li>Work closely with DTProject Managers to develop data driven processes for program improvements and key learnings<li> <li>Track project benefits and results postlaunch and compare to initial estimates to inform future priority decisions<li> <li>Responsible partner onboarding post commitment from customer executing account setup maintenance agreements terms and conditions and systems integrations<li> <li>Work alongside internal and external partners and customers to facilitate proper integration of Bodewell Programs<li> <ul><p>Provide Analysis Processes and Problem Solve <p> <ul><li>Execute SOPs in each lane of partnerships that can be developed and utilized on a national scale<li> <li>Leverage data to identify points of failure and opportunities that the initiative can continually evolve and improve<li> <li>Deliver compelling presentations with proposed recommendations to enable leadership decision making<li> <ul><p><strong>What Youll Bring to Our Team<strong> <p> <p><b>Minimum QualificationsRequirements<b> <p> <ul><li>Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university<li> <li>5 years relevant professional experience including 2 years in field sales experience<li> <li>Strong data analytics background with experience utilizing data to drive growth with partners and customers<li> <li>Ability to truncate large amounts of information into a clear and concise manner<li> <li>Effective communicator with strong written and verbal presentation skills with ability to effectively communicate at all levels both internally and with external organizations<li> <li>Detail + process oriented<li> <li>Strong networking skills<li> <li>Must be willing and able to travel as needed to fulfill the duties of the role which will fluctuate based on business needs Travel estimated at 25 of the time<li> <ul><p><b>Desired CharacteristicsPreferred Qualifications <b> <p> <ul><li>Minimum 5
