including but not limited to reliability of systems and equipment critical equipment identification and tracking failure mode and effects analysis mechanical integrity and change management requirements<li> <li>Own critical equipment identification as defined by RampD and Operations for all new projects and existing infrastructure Develop plans to ensure reliable operations of critical requirements Especially in regards to identifying failure modes spare parts inventory levels and efficientcost effective preventative maintenance plans<li> <li>Execute and manage reliability projects utilizing internal resources and outside contractors <li> <li>Provide consolation consultation for mechanical integrity as it relates to OSHA Corteva and other global safety institutes Knowledgeable with nondestructive testing techniques and applications<li> <li>Develop equipment and facility end of life replacement strategies using reliability principles eg RCM manufactures recommendations and condition monitoring<li> <li>Create and update Reliability work processes specifications to drive strategy and create standardization<li> <li>Conduct RCIs Root Cause Investigation to investigate Subject Matter Expert (20%) Utilize AWS expertise to ensure the quality of architecture and design of systems Keep up to date on cloud services to allow for continuous improvement and to bring new ideas into the team Assist team members with troubleshooting and resolving on-premises, cloud and basic network connectivity issues Evaluate and provide insight on cloud technologies Propose architectural solutions for operational improvements Troubleshoot and resolve cloud service issues Lead Technical discussions Provide technical leadership on complex projects Documentation (20%) Create process and administration documentation for cloud-based solutions Create and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures, system requirements, and other technical documents Design, build and maintain cloud operations processes Create and maintain comprehensive documentation as it relates to cloud topology and configuration(s). This individual requires minimal supervision and is expected to conduct assessments, create roadmaps, and build proofs of concept for potential software and tools, identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, and implement solutions.
