<div> <ul style=> <li style=>Fully own and manage a book of business of 3050 customers working with crossfunctional teams eg Marketing Product Engineering Leadership to capture success stories and create strategies to maintain customer satisfaction<li> <li style=>Create account plans for each customer that delivers the ROI of Parade and through the customers achievement of their business goals<li> <li style=>Understand each customers KPIs and what needs to be done for the customer<li> <li style=>Organize executive business reviews EBRs for all customers that are within 90 days of renewal<li> <ul> <div class=h4>Basic Qualifications<div> <ul style=> <li style=>4+ years working as a Customer Success Manager <li> <li style=>1+ years of professional experience working in truckload freight logistics ideally at a freight brokerage andor in relevant logistics technology <li> <li style=>Professional experience working at a SaaStechnology company<li> <li style=>Demonstrated ability to learn and explain a technical product or concept in a clientfacing role <li> <li style=>Experience building efficiencies and repeatable processes within your portfolio<li> <ul> <div class=h4>Preferred Qualifications<div> <ul style=> <li style=>Experience working with SQL <li> <li style=>Be technologyoriented leveraging technology solutions and productivity platforms to run their
