<b><span>Senior Director of Talent Relations Robot<span><p> <p><br ><p> <p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES<b> <p><ul><li>Demonstrate extensive insight on 1 How talent operates 2 The unique nuances of talents daytoday lives and 3 opportunities that will excite talent<li> <li>Collaborate with the crossfunctional Robot teams to devise creative ideas that deliver on client goals<li> <li>Negotiate directly with talent and talent management teams to agree upon terms on clients behalf<li> <li>Work with TSHC legal and finance teams to align on deal terms and fees and facilitate the process from the
