external talent market <li> <li><b>Employer Branding<b> Own and continually enhance the employer brand and recruitment marketing strategies including conferences or hiring events for GeoComply Understand the products amp customers of GeoComply so you are an expert in marketing opportunities to potential candidates <li> <li><b>Recruiting Processes<b> Develop best practices for speed to hire quality and diversity in hiring Be a continual learner of available tools in the talent acquisition space including AI applications <li> <ul><p><b>Who You Are<b> <p><ul><li>Over 10+ years of talent acquisitionrecruiting experience with a minimum of five years of direct managerial experience leading a geographically dispersed team<li> <li>Experience in a fastpaced highgrowth tech company bonus points for preIPOstartup experience<li> <li>Success in setting up and improving recruiting processes systems amp metrics <li> <li>Strong communication and influencing skills<li> <li>Excellent
