Responsible for Carrier Owner Operator and Driver Recruitment<p> <p>● Build Regional Supplier Relationships and KPI Management<p> <p>● Conduct system updates region specific and driver improvement<p> <p>● Conduct driver evaluations and coaches drivers to ensure consistency and an exceptional experience<p> <p>● Coordinate and conduct Trainingonboarding of drivers onto our platform<p> <p>●
