entities <li> <li>Apply machine learning or statistical modeling techniques to applicationsdata that use natural language processing NLP manipulate data with Python or other batch tools to prepare NLU models ie tagging intents and entities etc<li> <li>Advise in the process of developing deploying and updating the NLP designs and applications <li> <li>Analyze user stories for NLU systems <li> <li>Evaluate NLU system performance and make recommendations for improvements including modifications to the pipeline <li> <li>Research complex problems to find custom solutions for customerspecific needs <li> <li>Maintain documentation for the consumption of business developer and tester audiences <li> <li>Developing and validating the performance of the overall design <li> <li>Supporting the developer of user acceptance testing by writing test plans with QA <li> <li>Identify edge cases <li> <li>Attend and present status updates at weekly team meetings on project deliverables to team members and upper management attend projectrelated meetings and customerfacing meetings <li> <li>Research complex problems to find custom solutions for customerspecific needs<li> <li>Analyze data to engineers developers andor UX designers in a highly technical environment <li> <li>Knowledge of data science and machine learning <li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills <li> <li>Experience working with large data sets including using Python and other scripting tools to wrangle data <li> <li>Proficiency in analyzing and presenting observed insights and improvement plans <li> <li>Experience with voice and chat script development and design <li> <li>Proficiency with chatbot builders <li> <li>Proficiency with speech and language technologies preferred <li> <li>Knowledge
