financial matters including financial business partnering planning analysis reporting accounts payable and receivable general ledger and tax <br ><strong>FINANCE ANALYST CONTROLLERSHIP<strong> <br >Seeking to hire a finance analyst within our Controllership Team The Controllership Team is a dynamic hardworking and collaborative team responsible for managing the accounting tax real estate and treasury functions within ZS <br >Controllership is expected to bring logic discipline a controls mindset and expertise to our business stakeholders both internally and externally Internal ><strong> Responsibilities <strong> <br ><p><ul><li> Work with Controllership team members to ensure a high quality of accounting output for quarterly external financial statements and monthly management reports for use by internal stakeholders which include departmental heads and senior business leaders <li> <li> Assist with month end accounting processes including analytical reviews posting journal entries and investigating discrepancies Coordinate the preparation of the consolidated financial statements and assist with the annual financial statement audit and tax return <li> <li> Review and reconcile account activity and analyze monthly management reports <li> <li> Provide assurance to support the accuracy and completeness of our results based on internal policies and US GAAP as applicable <li> <li> Support the Controllership teams management of ZSs acquisition strategy including MampA accounting and process integration <li> <li> Maintain and improve existing finance processes and collaborate with functional leads to solve business needs and function requirements through the design and implementation of effective business and accounting processes and controls <li> <li> Research technical accounting matters and prepare accounting memos <li> <li> Lead and participate in other special projects as necessary <li> <ul><p><br ><strong>Qualifications<strong> <br ><p><ul><li> BSBA degree in Accounting or related area with strong academic credentials <li> <li> 13 years of relevant experience preferred <li> <li> Ability to effectively prioritize multiple
