Who You Are: You are self-motivated and able to manage multiple parallel-path projects You have strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrated leadership skills You have strong communication skills, verbal, visual (such as sketching), and written Need to Have: Bachelor's degree or greater in engineering related field, relative experience or exceptional ability considered Proficiency in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software, including SolidWorks or Rhino Basic understanding of optics with strong algebra skills Mastery of use of shop tools and equipment Highly competent computer skills and use of software such as MS Office, Adobe etc Strong project management abilities, including on-time delivery Experience with and technical knowledge of NPI, ramp, manufacturing, and assembly Nice to Have: Mastery of electronics and electronic design, including prototyping Experience with motion systems, robotics, and/or linear conveyance Basic programming skills in one of the following Java, C, C++, or Swift.
