Position Overview We’re hiringskilled Carpenterswith experience inframing,finish carpentry,drywall installation, andDivision 9 interior systems. Candidates should be detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment with high standards. You will be working on both standard and custom installations that demand clean execution and an eye for detail. Experience with acoustical products, stretch systems, or architectural finishes is a strong plus. Responsibilities • Install metal/wood framing, drywall, blocking, and backing • Execute precise finish carpentry, trim, and millwork • Install acoustic panels, baffles, slat walls, and stretch systems (training provided) • Follow shop drawings, architectural plans, and finish schedules • Work with hand and power tools safely and efficiently • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites • Coordinate with foreman and team to complete work per schedule • Load, unload, and stage materials and tools daily • Travel to local and regional job sites as required Qualifications • 3+ years of carpentry experience in commercial or interior construction • Solid understanding of framing, drywall, and finish work • Experience in Division 9 trades (ceilings, wall finishes, acoustics) preferred • Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings • Strong work ethic and attention to detail • Team player with good communication skills • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, lifts, or scaffolding • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required Why Work with DeWalls? • Work on unique and meaningful acoustic projects • Be part of a growing, innovative company with long-term opportunities • Learn specialized installation techniques for acoustic systems • Competitive compensation and clear career advancement • Supportive team and positive work culture Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $24.45 - $29.45 per hour Schedule: • 10 hour shift • 8 hour shift Supplemental Pay: • Bonus opportunities • Performance bonus Work Location: In person
