Role Summary

The Oracle EBS R12 Sr Finance Functional Analyst plays an active role in IT department to support entire finance organization in life cycle of - requirements gathering, gap analysis, functional design review, testing, training key users and operations support. The position independently works closely with Finance and Supply Chain business users and uses finance functional knowledge to support our global users. This person needs to have solid finance background with strong Oracle R12 functional knowledge in modules like Project Suite (Costing and Billing), FA (Fixed Asset), PO (Purchasing), OTL (Oracle Time and Material), AP (Payables), AR (Account Receivables), GL (General Ledger)

Key Responsibilities

• Works on day to day functional support activities in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay Oracle R12 EBS enviroment.
• Needs to have Finance degree with supporting experience to Finance and Revenue team.
• Provides strong functional knowledge expertise in Oracle Project Suite Modules and related finance modules
• Effectively communicates and guides business users by providing functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.
• Provides production support to business users in USA, UK, Israel and India.
• Provides on-call support at US time Zone (sometime off-hours) in case of production issues and work with offshore team in India/Israel.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 12 years' experience in implementing/supporting the Project Suite (Costing and Billing), FA (Fixed Asset), PO (Purchasing), OTL (Oracle Time and Material), AP (Payables), AR (Account Receivables), GL (General Ledger) modules in R12
• Must have good functional knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Project modules such as Project Management, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), Project Costing & Project Billing in R12
• Experience in Oracle financial modules is must in above mentioned list. It will be plus to have PO and INVENTORY module knowledge.
• Support knowledge for OTL, Project Management, Project Costing & Billing application.
• Experience in Integration of PA module with other EBS modules like Inventory & Financials.
• Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business processes, and ability to work in a customized Oracle Applications Environment.
• Proficient in writing Functional Design Documents, well-versed with AIM /OUM documentation templates and standards.
• Experience in writing Test cases and execution of test scenarios
• Experience in opening, managing, and resolving Oracle SR's with Oracle Support
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Work independently to resolve functional issues and able to meet delivery deadlines.
• Knowledge of writing basic Oracle SQL query will be plus
