DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Establish process with Production, Operations and Legal departments to ensure appropriate production, date based or deliverable milestone triggers have been met for payment processing.Work in conjuncture with the Content Rights Management Dept on ensuring the contractual rights information, deal terms and payment structures for AMC Networks and SVOD platforms are appropriately monitored in the FilmTrack Database.Review payment schedules for Programming on AMC Networks SVOD platforms and enter corresponding data into the FilmTrack Database as part of setting up new series within the system.Confer with key internal departments on all pertinent information regarding contract points and budgets (including talent requirements, license terms, payment schedules).Maintain current reports reflecting agreement status, related production and or development payments, budgets, and general contract and financial terms.Process and track payments for original productions including owned, licensed or acquired for SVOD payments including ALL BLACK and ACORN.Establish relationships with third parties and respond to vendor billing inquiries and resolve any payment issues in order to maintain good standing.Obtain Government Requirements/Tax Forms/VQ Paperwork from all new vendors.
