Key Responsibilities include working with Cigna production support (L2) leadership to identify significant challenges and assess the impact to all stakeholders, collaborating with Cigna teams in production support (L1, L1.5, L2), delivery (L3), infrastructure, architecture, and quality engineering, maintaining a backlog of work, creating reporting to demonstrate the impact of the solutions through the reduction of work, financial impact, customer savings, et cetera, and working with the vendor management lead and the supporting lead team to identify additional opportunities for organizational savings or enterprise-wide solutions within production support, delivery, and quality engineering.
