Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify process improvements will contribute to the company's success in achieving its revenue targets.Your Day-to-Day RoleAnalyze sales and revenue data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.Generate regular reports and dashboards that provide insights into key performance metrics, such as revenue by product, region, customer segment, and sales representative.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations to optimize revenue strategies.Document revenue-related processes, workflows, and best practices to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across teams.Liaise with sales, marketing, finance, and customer support teams to align revenue strategies and ensure effective communication.Contribute to revenue forecasting by analyzing historical data, market trends, and sales pipeline information.Your Work Experience1-2 years minimum working in either contract, orders administration, deal desk, sales or sales operations1+ years of experience working with or supporting sales representatives, finance, legal and operations teams.Experience using Salesforce or CRM systems.Experience with billing/revenue cycle management technology, process improvement or workflow implementations a plusStrong ability to use data to understand workflows and assess operational effectivenessExperience using SalesforceImportant DetailsThis is a full-time position.
