<p><ul><li>Lead the data science and business insights team the information technology IT team and the enterprise applications teams to build drive and deliver best in class development implementation and management of businessaligned strategies and outcomes <li> <li>Evaluate business requirements in the early stages of system and business intelligence tools and applications selections to determine what workflow integration technologies system architectures and configurations should be employed to meet business objectives efficiently and effectively <li> <li>Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand ways in which technology will support their business needs and existing processes and integrate those needs into technology roadmaps as appropriate <li> <li>Prioritize and accelerate critical enterprise application and data governance activities to enhance company decisionmaking and execution through factbased insights and intelligence data science and datadriven analytics <li> <li>Develop and implement advanced technology including AI and selfservice architecture of technology that provide data accuracy availability and frictionless experiences for customers employees and other stakeholders <li> <li>Manage the Enterprise Applications and Business Insights project portfolio prioritizing work for the team based on new business needs and activities <li> <li>Drive the delivery of solutions providing leadership and guidance to developers project teams and stakeholders <li> <li>Evaluate new technologies including cost vs benefit and determine best practices for implementation <li> <li>Advocate maintaining and improving standard operating procedures best practices and quality of service <li> <li>Establish and implement a bestinclass data governance practice focused on data policy process and standards <li> <ul><p><b>What youll need to be successful in this role <b> <p><ul><li>BS degree in Computer Science Information Technology or equally relevant degree MS degree a plus <li> <li>15+ years of experience developing enablingand implementing enterprise systemsbusiness insights and data science and analyticsand data governancestrategies <li> <li>This experience should include time helping a SAAS company scale up to a significant size $200M+ revenue <li> <li>Experience leading this function in an atscale environment at a public or publicready SAAS company <li> <li>Experience leading teams and driving crossfunctional initiatives and programs for senior leadership <li> <li>Understanding and working knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley compliance requirements <li> <li>Strategic leader with experience leading change and delivering high quality results <li> <li>Ability to drive decisions influence others to
