Full Stack AI Engineer (Vertex AI)

In this role, you will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining AI-powered full-stack applications while ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with product goals.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications using Google Cloud Vertex AI and Python
• Build full-stack solutions, including scalable backend services and API integrations
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-enabled features using modern development and AI-assisted workflows
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and integrate third-party services such as Stripe, OAuth, and external platforms
• Collaborate closely with product and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Own features end-to-end, from design and development to deployment and production support
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in fast-paced development cycles
• Contribute to architecture decisions and ensure best practices in AI and full-stack engineering

Requirements:

This position requires strong full-stack engineering expertise combined with hands-on experience in AI/ML cloud platforms and rapid product delivery.

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering or full-stack development roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Vertex AI and cloud-native AI solutions
• Proficiency in Python and backend development best practices
• Experience building and maintaining REST APIs and scalable backend systems
• Strong knowledge of API integrations including Stripe, OAuth, and third-party services
• Experience working with AI/LLM-based applications or generative AI workflows
• Strong understanding of rapid prototyping and iterative development approaches
• Ability to independently design, build, and deploy production-ready applications
• Good understanding of frontend frameworks is a plus
• Strong product thinking with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in startup or fast-moving product environments is highly desirable
