problèmes relatifs aux paies semimensuelles au Canada et aux ÉtatsUnis aux paies bihebdomadaires au • RoyaumeUni et aux paies mensuelles en Allemagne à Dubaï à Singapour et en IsraÃl<p><p>• Gérer encadrer et coacher lAnalyste de la Paie<p><p>• Assurer la conformité avec les réglementations de paie actuelles et changeantes dans tous les pays desservis et soulever toute préoccupation pour adopter et mettre en Å“uvre<p><p>• Diriger la mise en Å“uvre dun nouveau système de paie global et les intégrations associées Bamboo Sunlife etc<p><p>• Travailler avec léquipe de Trésorerie pour assurer le financement en temps voulu et suffisant de tous les comptes bancaires de paie et aider à la prévision de trésorerie des éléments liés à la paie<p><p>• Assurer que toutes les contributions au REER collectif aux pensions au RoyaumeUni et aux 401k sont réconciliées et versées<p><p>• Revoir et préparer les écritures de journal liées à la paie de fin de mois dans le système comptable Oracle NetSuite<p><p>• Revoir les réconciliations des comptes du bilan associés<p><p>• Préparer toutes les remises liées à la paie pour toutes les juridictions<p><p>• Réconcilier toutes les taxes sociales sur une base mensuelle pour chaque juridiction applicable ET gère les petites plaies<p><p>• Assurer la conformité avec les contrôles SOX du processus de paie et continuer à renforcer les contrôles tout en assurant lefficacité<p><p>• Correspondre avec les collègues sur toute question de paie de manière opportune et professionnelle<p><p>• Agir en tant que liaison entre les départements Finance et
