repair of equipment and products new hire trainingmentoring by providing expert technical recommendations based on business needs Prepare technical reports concerning status of activities new configuration coordination control troubleshooting security usage monitoring and the development of specialized procedures relating to the configuration and use of network equipment<li> <li style=>Perform analysis diagnostics and resolution of complex network and voice problems which may include coordination installation configuration testing maintenance monitoring and troubleshooting<li> <li style=>Monitor the reliability of the network across multiple platforms<li> <li style=>Participate in the rotating on call schedule with other members of the team in order to provide support to the business and partners<li> <li style=>Perform root cause analysis for network outages or other business impacting issues<li> <li style=>Provide primary and secondary support for key network and infrastructure applications ensuring objectives are met while maintaining defined security standards<li> <li style=>Assist in designing configuring and the implementation of major network systems<li> <li style=>Conduct research and evaluate new industry hardware and software to stay current on emerging technologies market trends and future expectations in order to make hardware
