responsible for hiring training and developing a team of Field Canvassers to build Leaf Home brand awareness in preselected highprobability neighborhoods<br ><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<b><br ><p><ul><li>Drive canvassingbased marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for sales representative follow up <li> <li>Identify schedule and plan route calendar including evenings and weekends for team of Field Canvassers in assigned territory <li> <li>Manage a multiteam territory to generate customer lead generation <li> <li>Recruit hire train and develop a team of Field Canvassers and create accountability through established marketing goals and KPIs <li> <li>Manage permit requirements in assigned territories to ensure compliance with local ordinances and regulations <li> <li>Work closely with the Field Canvassing Manager to collaborate with the local Operations and Installation Mangers to grow brand presence within the local market <li> <li>Track and
