the team through individual mentorship hiring and technical expertise<li> <li>Partnering closely with product managers product designers engineers and leads across the company to define your teams vision and roadmap<li> <li>Leading and participating in critical technical design and product discussions with leaders across the organization and company<li> <li>Contributing to engineeringwide initiatives as a member of Panthers engineering management team<li> <li>Ensuring engineering deliverables are delivered on time to specification with an emphasis on quality<li> <ul><p><br ><p><p><strong><span>The Requirements<span><strong><p> <ul><li>A minimum of 5years in engineering management is required preferably with SaaS or cloud offerings in a highgrowth company<li> <li>Experience with AWS and modern technologies such as React TypeScript GraphQL andor Serverless technologies<li> <li>Experience leading all stages of the technology lifecycle from identifying needs to design implementation and maintenance<li> <li>Experienced in assembling and leading highperformance frontend engineering teams with a proven track record of developing talent<li> <li>The ideal candidate will have experience managing at all levels including mentoring and coaching individual contributors on best practices in software engineering technical architecture and other complex technical challenges They should also remain handson with the latest trends to some extent<li> <li>The ability to use critical thinking and strategic acumen to translate business priorities into an
