conducts investigations of claims potentially with a significant impact on departmental results performs analysis of coverage liability and damages with a focus on resolving claims in a timely and costeffective manner Determines whether claims should be settled or litigated<li> <li>Investigates claims promptly and thoroughly with particular attention to the review of lawsuits and related facts in order to assess whether coverage is triggered For litigated matters includes coordination of discovery efforts with defense counsel as well as overall litigation and settlement strategy<li>
