prepare memorandums including supportive literature impact on the Company and conclusion<li> <li>Evaluate transactions research as needed to provide recommendations and implement appropriate accounting and business solutions Must be able to collaborate effectively with key partners to implement systems business controls and processesprocedures to achieve objectives<li> <li>Prepare financial reports review and analyze financial information and maintain accounting data in appropriate ledgers and journals<li> <li>Drive development of financial system improvements to eliminate <li>Requires 47 years of accounting experience<li> <li>Strong understanding of GAAP required SEC reporting experience preferred<li> <li>Bachelors degree in Accounting<li> <li>Proven record of driving
