We put our people first, allowing you to choose where you work – from home, in the office, or both.Job DescriptionAs a Business Analyst, you will work with various teams and stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze their business needs, processes, and workflows.You will use these insights to create functional specifications for technology teams and ensure the quality and success of project delivery.You will also help identify and implement process improvements and solutions to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Collaborate with the business to evaluate goals, identify problems, and propose technology-driven solutionsElicit and document requirements using various methods, such as interviews, document analysis, data flow modeling, workflow analysis, and functional decomposition analysisPerform data analysis on existing systems to validate business needs and develop user requirements for systems in productionServe as a thought leader for technical business processes and create systems prototypes that increase efficiency and productivityCommunicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present findings, recommendations, and project updatesCreate and maintain appropriate business analysis artifacts, such as business requirements, non-functional requirements, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, use cases, and user interface wireframesWork with project manager(s) or product manager(s) to define scope, objectives, and deliverables and assist in project planningMonitor project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from the planParticipate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions and ensure that they meet the specified requirements and are of high qualityQualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or information systems or equivalent experienceExperience:Have at least 4 years of experience in higher education, working with or supporting recruitment or student servicesDemonstratable proven skills as a Business Analyst or a similar roleProficient in requirement elicitation, process modeling, and documentation techniquesExperience creating and managing various types of requirements documentation, such as user stories, process flows, traceability matrices, use cases, and user interface wireframesTechnical skills:Experience with UI wire framing tools requiredExperience with requirement documentation and management tools requiredProficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Visio, Word, Excel, and Power PointExperience with CRM platforms, Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferredHigh proficiency with SQLExperience with SharePoint preferredAdditional InformationBenefits and Rewards:Opportunity to chose how you work - in office, hybrid or remotelyComprehensive online remote training.All the necessary equipment for success.Internet Allowance for remote work.Clear career progression pathways.Paid Mental Health days for your well-being.Toolkits for Digital Health and Mental Health support.
