informative and welcoming experience that introduces employees to the organization and its culture<li> <li>Seek to continuously advance the new employee onboarding experience by compiling feedback partnering with key internal stakeholders and developing new solutions<li> <li>Spearhead the development of a strong company culture across functions with an eye toward developing a consistent company
