with team members users and stakeholders to solve complex user experience problems and articulate clear design requirements<li> <li>Develop site map and highlevel task flow content and build wireframes designs and mockups for new solutions<li> <li>Customize existing and create new Service Portal widgets<li> <li>Determine problem areas within our current framework and recommend solutions<li> <li>Perform persona user experience usability studies and testing including user interviews and analysis<li> <li>Design create and configure Business Rules UI Policies UI Macros Script Includes Formatters etc<li> <li>Design web page layout and online content user interface graphics icons color schemes content and infrastructure for Service Portal Employee Center<li> <ul><p><br ><p><p><strong>What you should have <strong><p> <ul><li>3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development <li> <li>3+ years of ServiceNow Service Portal Employee Center Angular Seismic<li> <li>3+ years of experience in UX or interaction design<li> <li>ServiceNow Administrator Fundamentals certification is a plus <li> <li>ServiceNow Service Portal Fundamentals certification is a plus <li> <li>Effective communication skills <li> <li>Critical thinking a love to solve problems and a drive to make things better<li> <li>Experience with UI SQL HTML and CSS <li> <li>Experience with Jira UEM AWS Java is a plus <li> <li>Experience with any additional scripting language is a plus python PowerShell etc <li> <li>Knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus<li> <li>A technical and business mindset
