RESPONSIBILITIES Maintains and fosters the relationship between the clients and Black Knight by ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining client communication and problem resolutionResolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility mattersTroubleshoots problems with malfunctioning electro/mechanical equipment or software applications and recommends corrective actionDocuments customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product developmentRecreates client issues in test environment, identifies/documents how applications and systems interact to support business processesPerforms other related duties as assigned MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or GEDRequires 1-3+ years of product and/or application support, customer-facing experience in a call center, or other relevant work experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Related technical certificationKnowledge of Black Knight's products, services, and capabilitiesExperience in troubleshooting and triaging software applicationsUAT or other application testing experienceExperience working in a client-facing roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong documentation skills Black Knight carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, specialty, experience, and work location.
