The Role: Senior Cost Analyst The Team: In this ever-changing environment the QUE$TOR cost team plays a vital role in planning and decision making for clients worldwide. A global team with 100 years of cost and engineering experience help our clients understand the modelling and costs of onshore and offshore energy production. The Impact: Understanding the cost of different types of energy production is critical to maintaining the world supply while transitioning to a new energy environment. Cost data is a core and unique aspect of the QUE$TOR application. What's in it for you: Be a key contributor to a market leading product, be directly involved in the improvement and development of tools that support multi-billion dollar decisions. Responsibilities: Source cost data through cultivating and leveraging networks, understanding markets, and identifying leads. Analyze and compile cost data for inclusion in QUE$TOR. Collaborate with the engineering and support team to expand the scope as new technologies evolve. Contribute to a variety of product related activities including writing content, presenting research, communicating with clients, etc. What We're Looking For: Bachelors degree with 3-5 years experience in energy, oil & gas, cost estimation or procurement experience a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage and network with business contacts. Spanish/Portuguese language a plus. Must be able to work independently but also integrate into a larger team to achieve a common goal. Should be a problem solver and resourceful, able to address a given problem, but also assertive and willing to present an alternative perspective. Grade/Level (relevant for internal applicants only): 10. The Location: Houston, TX is preferred. We will consider all US locations (Remote or Hybrid) or the UK. Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only): S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $59,800 - $99,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
