Commercial Counsel to help protect and accelerate our business In this role youll partner closely with our sales team to work with some of our largest customers and potential clients and help build our legal processes so that we have a strong platform for our continued growth <p> <p> In this role we estimate that youll spend 60 of your time working with potential customers in latestage negotiations primarily MSAs and DPAs 30 of your time collaborating internally to ensure our team + process are setup to succeed from a legal perspective and 10 of your time working on early stage eg manage a variety of commercial agreements integral to the growth of Hightouch In particular wed love your expertise on Master Service Agreements and Data Processing Agreements to shine For areas involving particular expertise we have a team of external counsel youre welcome to collaborate with <p> <li> <li> <p> Prepare implement and refine various legal templatesforms integral to our sales least five years of postlaw school experience mix of law firm and inhouse experience preferred <p> <li> <li> <p> A keen understanding and significant experience with enterprise SaaS including working with customer paper <p> <li> <li> <p> Deep technical knowledge and experience with innovative software and technologies privacy data security laws and regulations coupled with an ability to effectively communicate and translate that knowledge across the company ie providing legal advice in plain English <p> <li> <li> <p> Demonstrated history of developing strong working relationships
