Engineering team the Project Manager PM is responsible for organizing and maintaining a complex series of tasks that when added together define and drive the execution of a successful transmissioninterconnected solar andor energy storage project Through scheduling budget management and timely adjustments of the project lifecycle it will be the PMs task to support the project developer in understanding and reporting potential changes in the timeline of the project and resulting changes to the risk and return profile of each project You will work primarily with the Engineering team but also crossfunctionally with the Project Development and Project Finance teams <p> <p>This position may be filled out of our Lowell MA Boston MA Latham NY Chicago IL or Oakland CA office or from home on other days<p> <p><strong>Position Responsibilities will include but not be limited to<strong> <p> <ul><li>Create and manage updates to all project development schedules in existing markets working closely with senior engineers and project developers to ensure accuracy in forecasting project milestone dates<li> <li>Maintain and improve template schedules in new and existing markets to reflect lessons learned on previous projects<li> <li>Support the utilityscale project developers in creating and managing project budgets to ensure alignment with the schedule<li> <li>Identify critical path items and potential delays in schedules and effectively communicate them to the project team and leadership<li> <li>Track lead time performance within the Engineering team on specific metrics and goals<li> <li>Attend weekly project meetings as a source of informationgathering to effectively maintain project schedules and communicate needs to the project team<li> <li>Maintain data accuracy by performing project administrative tasks within our Smartsheet and Salesforce platforms<li> <li>Build and maintain dashboards and reports to allow the Engineering team and Development team a visual into the work being performed in our Smartsheet database<li> <li>Improve processes as you see fit to increase efficiency and streamline communication<li>
