This position will report directly to the VP of Supply Chain & Procurement. Responsibilities:Manage all new SKU launches from the supply chain and operational perspective as well as being responsible for managing launch timelinesIdentify key milestones and deliverables and work with various internal & external teams to develop a comprehensive work planCollaborate closely (daily) with product development, procurement, R&D, and Quality departmentsSeek & prioritize cost savings opportunities & optimization in all aspects of the roleFocusing primarily on sourcing packaging materials and packaging components, while supporting contract manufacturing, manufacturing services, ingredients, and new vendor services led by the procurement teamCoordinate new vendor on-boarding and lead the quotation process pairing with procurement teamDevelop relationships with new suppliers and vendors with integrity, professionalism, and transparencyPrepare and own cost analysis of new product launchesRequirements:5+ years relevant experience in supply chain procurement within a retail environmentBachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business-related fieldHands-on experience and solid understanding of supply chain operations and systems, including working with a product development teamExperience with sourcing and/or procurementAbility to demonstrate examples of cost savings and optimizationKnowledge of forecasting, logistics, planning and project managementEntrepreneurial spirit, ability to refine processes and communicate issuesAdvanced Excel/Google Sheets skillsPreferred:Startup and/or high-growth company experience Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
