<p>To access Dayforce at its best log in from the latest version of Chrome Safari Firefox or Edge <p> <p>Boardwalk is a limited partnership operating in the midstream portion of the natural gas and natural gas liquids industry providing transportation and storage services for our customers Our 14000 miles of pipeline and storage assets provide diverse market connectivity to producers and endusers who need reliable sources of natural gas for power generation home heating or petrochemical feedstocks We have the experience knowledge and flexibility to design service offerings and create system enhancements tailored to our customers needs throughout the 13 states in which we operate As an organization focused on sustainability we are committed to protecting the environment while delivering this energy source This commitment is made to our customers employees and the communities in which we operate We incorporate environmental stewardship safety and compliance into our daytoday operations and seek to strengthen and support the communities we serve Additional information about the company can be found online at wwwbwpipelinescom <p> <p>We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager for our Houston TX office <p> <p>POSITION DESCRIPTION <p> <p>The Senior Project Manager will scope estimate lead direct or manage every phase of various size gas pipeline projects to assure safe onschedule completion In this capacity the PM must be capable of managing projects ranging in value from $20 million to $100 million <p> <p>This person will be responsible for the management of small and large diameter pipeline projects of varying length and complexity This person will be responsible for coordinating the pipeline projects with associated compressor and meter station projects Duties will include preparation of project execution plans risk matrices leading a project team with oversite of material procurement right of way acquisition permit acquisition regulatory approvals construction management and project completion documents He or she will be directly responsible for scoping estimating engineering survey and design This person will be responsible for contract composition as well as the overall budget forecast and schedule <p> <p>REQUIRED SKILLS KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE <p> <ul><li>Minimum Bachelors degree in an Engineering discipline<li> <li>15 years minimum directly related experience in design and project management in a pipeline engineering related field which may include cross country pipeline design and construction compressor stations and meter stations <li> <li>Intimate knowledge of the FERC Plan and Procedures<li> <li>Basic skill level in Microsoft Office Word PowerPoint Outlook and Visio or similar intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel or similar<li> <li>Well organized with a high degree of initiative and motivation<li> <li>Ability to work positively and effectively prioritize in a fast pace environment<li> <li>Executed multiple FERC 7c pipeline projects as the project manager<li> <li>Executed pipeline projects using EPC or EPCM approach<li> <li>Experience with managing budgets and projects in excess of $100 MM<li> <li>Sound technical capabilities to be used to review and challenge engineering deliverables<li> <li>Strong technical writing capabilities required to draft engineering construction and land contracts<li> <li>Thorough understanding of the design requirements for pipelines and the applicable ASME B318 and 49 CFR Part 192 codes as well as other applicable pipeline codes and permit requirements <li> <li>Able to communicate well both verbal and written with team members clients permitting agency personnel landowners and contractors<li> <li>Capable of speaking to the public on behalf of the company<li> <li>Able to travel up to 50 of the time <li> <li>Valid drivers license and clean driving record <li> <ul><p>PREFERRED SKILLS KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE <p> <ul><li>Experience as a project manager within an operating company or as owners representative <li> <li>Experience supporting PHMSA audits and inspections <li> <li>Project experience should include pipelines in excess of 30 diameter andor over 100 miles in length<li> <li>Licensed professional engineer andor MBA is desirable for this position<li> <ul><p>REQUIRED EDUCATION <p> <ul><li>Bachelors degree in engineering<li> <ul><p>PREFERRED EDUCATION <p> <ul><li>CivilMechanical Engineering MBA PE<li> <ul><p>ADDITIONAL INFORMATION <p> <p>Boardwalk Pipelines LP maintains a drugfree workplace and will require preemployment drug amp substance abuse testing before hire <p> <p>Boardwalk Pipelines LP is an equal opportunity affirmative action employer All applicants will be considered for employment regardless of race color religion age sex gender identity national origin veteran or disability status <p> <p><strong>Other details<strong> <p> <ul><li> Job Family Eng amp Constr<li> <li> Job Function Project Manager<li> <li> Pay Type Salary<li> <ul><p>Apply Now<p>
