Operational Management Conduct routine AV audits and perform any corrective actions needed to ensure smooth operations for our businessDeploy AV solutions to conference rooms while coordinating with vendors and facilities teams.Provide solution support and foundational infrastructure configuration changes across on-prem environments.Ensure availability, monitoring and capacity of production and non-production environments.Participate in the testing of infrastructure performance and provide performance statistics and reporting; develop strategies for maintaining infrastructure.Maintain enterprise directory services and supporting infrastructure.Responsible for alerting mitigation from system monitoring softwareTriage of service tickets to ensure proper information is entered and the ticket is assigned properlyParticipate in budget recommendations.
