Job Location & Details: Reports to Maintenance Support Services Team Lead.Role will be remote and in system based out of Salt Lake City, UT or Louisville, CO.Travel is expected to be periodic, estimated at 10%, which may vary depending on project needs. Skills and Qualifications: HS Diploma or equivalent required, Trade or Undergraduate Technical education preferred.Wind, Solar, and/or Solar + Storage Field Service experience is a strong plus.Electronic Technician or Electrician experience is a strong plus.Experience in contract generation and maintenance.Ability to interpret wind energy and/or solar project blueprint and designs.Familiarity with wind energy and/or solar PV and battery storage design, components, and operation.Experience utilizing CMMS, PMP, and ERP systems is a plus.Personal values consistent with those of the AES Corporation; Safety First, Highest Standards, and All Together.Strong proficiency with MS Office tools and cloud-based document management systems.Outstanding interpersonal skills, including an ability to maintain calm and effective exchanges with all parties - internal and external.Highly organized and detail oriented.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
