<p><b>QUALIFICATIONS<b> <p> <ul><li>Strong academic credentials BABS required <li> <li>Minimum of 1 year investment experience andor financial experience<li> <li>12 years of experience as Investment Analyst in the Endowment and Foundation practice preferred<li> <li>Demonstrated qualitative and quantitative analytical skills<li> <li>Demonstrated knowledge and experience gained from working with endowment and foundation clients investment and financial profiles<li> <li>An ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring integrity accuracy completeness and timeliness<li> <li>Working knowledge of general investment theory and Cambridge Associates related tools<li> <li>Ability to listen and to understand the issues described by the client or colleague and to identify key drivers in
